Position Overview: Will be responsible for designing, specifying, and implementing control systems and instrumentation to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations from concept through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist and work under the direction of senior engineers to prepare instrument lists, specifications, data sheets, calculations, and control system drawings.
- Properly select and specify types of equipment and instruments associated with the process and control system.
- Develop I&C design knowledge and aptitude with the ability to complete designs of Programmable Logic Control (PLC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
Required Education, Experience, Skills and Licensing
- A minimum of 1-year related experience is required.
- BS electrical engineering, or related field with an EIT.
- Must be able to travel, domestically & internationally, to other M3 offices and project sites to provide field support for new and ongoing projects.
- Must be able to work in a project team and maintain a project schedule, be a self-starter, detailed-oriented and have exceptional organizational skills.
- Must be able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner and work in a team environment sharing roles and responsibilities, with limited supervision.
- A valid passport or the ability to obtain one is required.
- Experience with I&C design knowledge and aptitude with the ability to complete designs of PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
- Programming of PLC/DCS required (Wonderware, Delta V, Control Logics).
- Proficiency in communication networks design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Previous Mining Experience
- PE
- Bilingual English / Spanish abilities
- Experience working on multidisciplinary design and construction projects.
