Creative Marketing Lead at M3 Design
We are seeking a versatile and high-energy Creative Marketing Lead to join our product development agency. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our multi-channel digital presence, responsible for crafting and executing stories (visual and written) that turn complex technical innovations into relatable, high-performing marketing campaigns. You will support a variety of initiatives—from organic social engagement and high-stakes paid media to website optimization and strategic email nurturing.
What you’ll do...
- Organic Social Media: Plan, create, and manage an active content calendar across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. Monitor community engagement, respond to followers, and leverage emerging trends to grow our brand's reach.
- Creative Execution: Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to translate abstract product features into compelling visual and written messaging, including blog posts, case studies, and video scripts.
- Paid Media Support: Assist in the conceptualization and launch of optimized ad campaigns through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Monitor spend, track ROI/ROAS, and iterate on creative assets to maximize conversion.
- Website & SEO: Maintain and update the agency website with fresh, informative content. Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, keywords) to improve organic search visibility and user experience.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute end-to-end email campaigns—including newsletters, product announcements, and automated lead-nurturing funnels. Focus on segmentation and A/B testing to drive open and click-through rates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) weekly and monthly. Prepare reports for stakeholders that offer data-driven recommendations for future campaign strategy.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience: 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in an agency or tech environment, with 2 years of supervision experience
- Visual content creation: Produces engaging digital media – including graphics, videos, photos, and animations – to promote brand messaging across social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Copywriting: Exceptional ability to adapt voice and tone for B2B professional service buyers.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to map out customer journeys and identify the best channels for reaching specific target demographics.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Public Relations: Effectively manage M3’s public image, reputation, and media relations – creating communication strategies, press releases, and promoting positive publicity.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Engagement Rate: Likes, shares, and comments across organic social platforms.
- Conversion Metrics: Lead generation rates from paid media, email sign-ups, and website inquiries.
- ROAS/ROI: Effectiveness of paid advertising spend.
- Traffic Growth: Year-over-year increases in organic website traffic and SEO rankings.
