Position: AI Development Practice Lead
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise adoption of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
- Design and maintain AI knowledge artifacts, prompt libraries, and MCP server configurations.
- Drive AI tooling adoption across engineering teams and measure success through telemetry dashboards.
- Evaluate emerging AI models and technologies using platforms such as AWS Bedrock.
- Collaborate with engineering, cloud, and AI teams to define AI development standards and architecture.
- Present AI strategy, adoption metrics, and business impact to senior leadership.
Required Skills:
- 7 years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, Data Analysis, or related areas.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, ML model development, data preprocessing, and agentic AI workflows.
- Experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM-based applications.
- Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, AWS Lambda, and production AI deployments.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, SAP data models (ECC/S/4 HANA).
- AI observability, model evaluation, and hallucination mitigation experience.
- Background in supply chain, CPG, or enterprise data engineering environments.
