Starting Pay: $160 Per Day After Training
Training Pay: $140 Per Day (First 3 Training Days)

Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle
- Deliver and pick up FedEx Ground packages
- Load and unload packages throughout the day
- Follow GPS navigation and assigned delivery routes
- Complete delivery scans using a handheld device
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Follow all FedEx and company safety procedures
What to Expect
- Approximately 130 stops per day
- Average route of 60 miles
- Typical shifts are 8–10 hours
- Start time around 8:30 AM
- Finish when your assigned route is complete
Every day is different, and you'll stay active while working independently.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
- Able to lift and move packages up to 150 pounds with a hand truck or assistance when needed
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, safety-focused, and customer-oriented
Previous experience with FedEx, Amazon DSP, UPS, DHL, USPS, courier services, warehouse operations, route driving, or customer service is preferred but not required. We provide paid training for qualified applicants.
