Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems
- Basic knowledge and experience with Plumbing systems
- Understanding of Electricity principles and ability to apply them in HVAC systems
- Certified or licensed under EPA regulations for safe handling of refrigerants
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systems is a plus
