Caton Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is located directly across from the Parade Grounds at Prospect Park in Brooklyn, NY. - Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Collecting information from the patients to be admitted; medical records, insurance details
- Recording health details of patients; including vitals & temperature
- Administering medications and injections to patients as needed
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
- Responsibility of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families.
- Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
- Maintain documentation of resident care services.
- Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams.
Salary : $50 - $55
