We are seeking a Senior Targeting Officer with demonstrated targeting experience for a national security customer. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in all-source intelligence and national security operations to support high-impact intelligence missions. The ideal candidate will bring in depth knowledge of regional, technical, and strategic targeting experience, team leadership, and a strong analytical mindset. - Conduct in-depth analysis of all-source intelligence to identify high-value individuals, networks, and operational vulnerabilities.
- Develop comprehensive target packages and identify avenues for operational access.
- Provide mission specific technical guidance and oversight.
- Fuse intelligence from SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and financial data to support national security objectives.
- Brief senior stakeholders and operational personnel on complex targeting findings and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate across interagency partners to build strategic relationships and support joint operations.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- 10 years of demonstrated targeting experience
- Working knowledge of customer specific targeting tools and data sets
- Exceptional briefing, written communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong skills and expertise in data fusion and analysis with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets to inform mission-critical decisions.
- Prior work with both government and commercial sector clients
- Experience with financial intelligence and cryptocurrency investigations
- Certifications in Chainalysis Reactor and Cryptocurrency Fundamentals
- Prior experience in cyber forensics or network security in support of targeting for cyber operations
