Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Security Guard role located in Baltimore, MD. The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and premises. Daily tasks include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, controlling access to facilities, conducting security checks, responding to incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also requires documenting and reporting suspicious activities and maintaining a visible presence to deter unauthorized activities.

Qualifications

• Skills in Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
• Customer Service skills to provide professional and courteous assistance
• Ability to remain alert, act quickly in emergency situations, and perform well under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent required; security certifications or training are a plus
• Prior experience in a security or related role preferred
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing, patrolling, and responding to incidents
• Must pass a background check and possess any required state or local security licensing
• Must have an Active Guard License
• Must have a Valid Drivers License
