Job Summary
We are seeking an Auto Collision Claims Specialist to join our team!
Duties
- Review and assess auto insurance claims by analyzing damage reports, repair estimates, and vehicle histories to determine coverage eligibility.
- Utilize auto estimating tools and auto service management software to process claims efficiently.
- Conduct detailed analysis of mechanical issues, auto restoration needs, and auto body repairs to support accurate claim decisions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all claim activities, communications, and resolutions to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Assist in running errands for paperwork, supplies and parts pickup on company vehicle.
Requirements
- Bilingual is a MUST.
- Proven experience in negotiation within an insurance or automotive environment.
- Knowledge of vehicle systems, auto body repair techniques, and automotive repair processes.
- Familiarity with underwriting principles related to auto insurance policies.
- Hands-on experience with auto estimating software and auto service management systems.
- Excellent analysis skills to evaluate damage reports, repair estimates, and policy details critically.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and team members while maintaining a positive attitude.
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
