Who We Need
We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals who have experience working with children, have a desire to learn and grow in the field of child care, and want to help make a difference in the lives of those they serve.
Summer Program Staff
We are looking for individuals who are looking for summer employment, such as teachers, college students, or anyone just looking to get into the ECE field. We are currently hiring for summer positions from May to mid-August. Experience is not required. This may turn into a regular year-long position for those interested in staying on.
Positions
- Substitutes: This position may work in all age groups from 6 weeks to 11 years as needed. This position does not have a set schedule and allows the employee to choose from any available shifts. Must work at minimum 2 days per month. Our substitutes can typically work anywhere from 3 hours to 40 hours a week.
- ECE Students: We also have openings for ECE students in their senior year of their High School ECE program. You must be able to provide something in writing from your school stating that you are in your 2nd year of ECE and in good standing. After 6 months of employment you may be eligible for financial assistance for your test and observation for your CDA once all classes are completed. *Note: For all other positions, HS Diploma or GED are required.
- Floater: Hours vary between 6:30am-5:30pm M-F; may be working with any age group. Helps to cover breaks and fills in classroom as needed either at the beginning or end of the day. Position is responsible for following schedule in rooms in which they are covering, completing activities as directed by lead teacher, changing diapers, potty training, feeding bottles, meals, snack, etc, ensuring that all daily needs are taken care of and all activities are recorded. Provides direct care and supervision of children, ensuring care and safety at all times, following faith-based curriculum.
*Once hired, floaters and substitutes may apply for any open position internally if qualifications are met for that position.
