As Senior Product Manager, you will report directly to our Chief Architect and own a core area of the M0 platform end-to-end — partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market to define what we build, ship it, and scale it with the builders and institutions who rely on M0 as critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap for your product area end-to-end — from discovery and scoping through launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Develop a deep understanding of our users (builders, issuers, protocols, and institutional partners) and translate their needs into crisp, actionable product requirements.
- Partner closely with engineering on technical trade-offs, sequencing, and scoping, especially where smart contracts, compliance, and security constraints shape what's possible.
- Define success metrics, instrument what matters, and use data to drive prioritization and trade-off decisions.
- Collaborate with go-to-market, partnerships, and BD to align product launches with customer rollouts and ecosystem growth.
- Write clearly and frequently — specs, strategy memos, customer updates, launch narratives — to align internal teams and external partners.
- 5 years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent shipping technical products to developer, fintech, or infrastructure audiences.
- Strong technical fluency — you don't need to write production code, but you hold your own in architectural discussions and understand how systems fit together.
- Track record of owning products end-to-end, including discovery, scoping, launch, and post-launch iteration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you can explain complex systems simply and make sharp prioritization arguments on paper.
- Strong analytical instincts and fluency with data; you know which metrics matter and why.
- Genuine curiosity about crypto, stablecoins, and the future of money — or a clear track record of ramping quickly in complex new domains.
- Experience working on stablecoin issuance, tokenization, or payment infrastructure.
- Experience building developer tools, platforms, SDKs, or APIs used by technical end-users.
- Background at a crypto-native company, fintech infrastructure provider, or early-stage startup.
- Familiarity with smart contracts, EVM-based protocols, or onchain systems.
