Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located at our facility in Paterson, NJ. The Assistant will support daily operations, assist with scheduling and coordinating repair tasks, manage correspondence, maintain organized records, and communicate effectively with customers and the repair team to ensure excellent service delivery. Additional responsibilities may include inventory management, documentation, and supporting the overall efficiency of the repair center.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and record-keeping
• Proficiency in communication and customer service to coordinate effectively with clients and the team
• Basic technical literacy and familiarity with vehicle repair terminology or willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented mindset to manage inventory, ensure proper documentation, and handle operational tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in the automotive repair, logistics, or transportation sector is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in administration or customer service are a bonus)
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office or related software
