Position: Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor at M Work Auto Body, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the repair team. Your role is critical in ensuring clear communication, close deal for walk-in customers, explain repair workflow to the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person or by phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Explain estimates, insurance details, and repair timelines.
- Provide regular status updates to customers, insurance companies, and fleet partners.
- Handle insurance claim communications, approvals, and billing documentation.
- Perform quality control walk-arounds before vehicle delivery.
- Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores by ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Uphold M Work’s standards of safety, compliance, and manufacturer-certified repair procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Estimator, or in customer-facing roles (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain repair processes clearly.
- Basic understanding of automotive repair and insurance claims.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Slack.
