Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Starting pay $20-$25 per hour (based on experience), paid weekly

Job Description: As a welder/fabricator at M&W Welding Inc., you will play a crucial role in our hay trailer manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a quality product and paying close attention to detail. We are seeking a driven individual who consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic, exceptional attendance, and punctuality.
Responsibilities: - Perform welding and fabrication tasks according to specifications - Willing to work on a wide range of projects - Ensure accuracy and precision in welding and assembly processes - Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards - Maintain a safe and clean work environment - Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications: - Prior experience in welding and fabrication - Proficient in MiG welding - Strong attention to detail and precision - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
