Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to help maintain our current book of business. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for helping producers manage and service renewals. You will create and maintain positive relationships, understand clients' needs, and help retain customers. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and have the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Renew and manage existing policies
• Help answer phones and general customer service
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure goals are met
• Participate in continuing education and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
• Review and verify client audits and maintain A/R and billing
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or insurance experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong computer and technology skills
