M&W Drilling is looking for a skilled, dependable mechanic to join our shop team. You'll handle diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance across our fleet of drilling rigs, trucks, and trailers. It's hands-on work that keeps our 27-rig operation running.
What we're looking for:
- 5 years in heavy equipment, diesel truck, or trailer maintenance
- Strong in diesel mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Welding (MIG/stick) and drilling equipment experience are a plus
- Valid driver's license required, Class A CDL preferred
