We are seeking a motivated Brand Sales Representative to support marketing campaigns and in-person customer engagement initiatives. This role focuses on representing client brands, assisting with promotional strategies, and supporting sales efforts in a team-based environment.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are interested in marketing and sales, and want hands-on experience in a customer-facing role. Training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities
- Learn and communicate key features and benefits of client products and services
- Support direct marketing and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing associates and sales managers to increase brand awareness
- Engage with customers in person to provide information and support the sales process
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Share feedback and insights with team members to improve campaign performance
- Maintain a professional presence while representing client brands
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or brand representation is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
