Responsibilities
- Interact with customers inside retail environments to share information about brand offerings
- Assist with product inquiries, enrollment steps, and basic purchase-related processes
- Present brand messaging in a clear, professional, and customer-friendly manner
- Build rapport with customers to support satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty
- Address questions or concerns in a positive and solutions-focused way
- Contribute to team goals and participate in daily/weekly performance discussions
- Join ongoing training to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is helpful but not required
