Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
- Upsell products and promote store promotions to increase sales
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Supervise or assist in supervising staff during shifts as needed
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and inventory counts
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, retail, or promotions is helpful but not required
- Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Strong communication and active-listening skills
- Adaptable to changing customer needs and fast-paced environments

Compensation:
$700.00 – $1,200.00 per week
Based on hourly base pay plus bonuses and incentives.
