SCADA Engineer

We're currently looking for a SCADA Engineer with Ignition by Inductive Automation experience. This is a contract-to-direct opportunity with our customer in the Novi, MI area. You will apply the principles of IIoT development and integration services at locations throughout North America.

Job Tasks

• Work remote and\or onsite with customers and team members to develop and document project requirements.
• Provide custom development and systems integration services to meet customers functionality requirements.
• Configure data collections to plant floor devices.
• Provide data validation and system testing support.
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years of practical Ignition experience including custom development and integration services.
• 3 years of IIoT project experience in manufacturing environments.
• 2 years of Python/Jython development experience.
• 2 years of Javascript and\or Java experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel throughout North America as required (up to 25%).

B.S. degree in Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science
