Prototype Technician

We’re looking for a motivated Prototype Technician with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to support prototype builds and testing for automotive components. In this role, you’ll operate manual equipment, perform detailed inspections, and assist with material organization and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain lab equipment, including arbor presses and other manual tools.
• Squat, bend, or maneuver parts and tooling; lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Assist engineering teams with prototype builds, assembly, and inspections.
• Navigate computer drives, manage Outlook emails, and input data into Excel.
• Read and understand technical drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical, automotive, or technician skills (motorcycle or automotive experience a plus).
• Comfortable with physical tasks and working in a test lab environment.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and navigating computer systems.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and eager to learn new processes.
• High School diploma required.
