YOUR DAY AS OUR FOOTINGS AND FOUNDATIONS SUPERINTENDENT:
You'll have a full-time schedule between 6 AM and 4 PM that includes:
- Overseeing the concrete build of footings and foundations
- Checking dimensions and ensuring proper placement
- Supervising bolts and hold-downs
- Maintaining clean, safe, and compliant job sites
- Managing multiple construction crews and keeping projects on schedule
FOOTINGS AND FOUNDATIONS SUPERINTENDENT REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of concrete footing/foundation pouring experience
- Ability to read plans, grades, and elevations
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Detail-oriented and able to lead teams with clarity
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual is a plus
