Essential Job Functions:
- Maintains all related paperwork
- Fill 50lb cartons, pails or totes
- Stack 50lb cartons or pails on pallets
- Test and maintain correct product quality requirements and follow SOPs
- Cleans work area
- Any other duties as requested, directed or assigned by the manager/supervisor
- Safety training and certifications as required
- Designated Safety Sensitive Position
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience (Licenses and Certifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in food processing environment helpful
Equipment to Be Used:
- All equipment for blending and producing fondant product as specified
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of methods, materials and tools used in food production
- Ability to perform manual work requiring periods of extensive physical exertion
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
- Ability to work under stress with interruptions and deadlines
- Ability to understand and interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form as they pertain to production
- Basic reading, writing, mathematical abilities
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions
Essential Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods standing and walking, using tools and performing repetitive actions
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs at a time
- Visual acuity to read instructions and operate machines
- A separate, complete document of physical demands is attached

Working Hours:
- Standard working hours for 2nd shift are: 3pm 11pm Monday through Friday and as necessary to complete the requirements of the position
- Overtime may be required, and hours are subject to change based on company needs
- Employees are required to clock in 10 minutes before the beginning of the shift
Offered compensation: $19/hr
