M&S Roofing is an established commercial roofing contractor serving Mississippi since 1991. We specialize in commercial roofing systems, architectural sheet metal, standing seam metal roofing, roof maintenance, as well as many other commercial roofing applications. We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic who takes pride in craftsmanship, works safely, and wants to grow with a company that values its employees.

Responsibilities
· Fabricate and install architectural sheet metal components.
· Install coping, fascia, gravel stops, edge metal, and custom flashings.
· Install gutters, downspouts, scuppers, conductor heads, and collector boxes.
· Install standing seam metal roofing systems.
· Install metal wall panels and related trim.
· Read shop drawings and construction plans.
· Take field measurements and verify dimensions.
· Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment safely.
· Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
· Follow OSHA safety requirements and company safety policies.
· Work effectively with foremen, roofers, and project managers.
· Help train less experienced employees when needed.
Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of commercial sheet metal installation experience preferred.
· Experience with architectural sheet metal and standing seam roofing.
· Ability to read tape measures and construction drawings.
· Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
· Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.
· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
