What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at M's Pub?
Seeking experienced bartenders and servers to join our team! We're looking for someone with a fun personality and a professional attitude, who can make drinks and handle customers in a clean and efficient manner. Must be able to mix several different types of drinks, be able to serve multiple customers at once with a smile, and display an ability to maintain a positive demeanor under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Mix drinks to customer preferences.
- Take orders from customers and relay instructions to bussers, runners, and servers.
- Maintain knowledge of all drink recipes.
- Examine food and beverage tickets before serving.
- Communicate with kitchen staff regarding recipe changes and order mix-ups.
- Keep bartender station clean and organized.
- Keep the bar stocked with necessary supplies.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $27.10 per hour
