· Salary Position: $55,000 – $80,000 annually

Position Overview
Hybrid Structure (Salary Role):
· ~25 hours/week outpatient (clinic-based)
· ~10 IIC contact hours/week (community-based)
Fee-for-Service Role:
· IIC services only
· Flexible scheduling based on availability
A Day in the Life
· Conduct outpatient sessions in a structured clinic setting
· Complete documentation with time built in between sessions
· Travel to a school or home for an IIC session
· Communicate with families and care teams
· Wrap up with notes and preparation for upcoming sessions
Key Responsibilities
· Provide outpatient therapy (hybrid role)

Requirements
· Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
· Active NJ license (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAC, LMFT, LAMFT)
