We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various production and construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role involves physical labor, operation of hand and power tools, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced environment. The Laborer will play a vital part in maintaining a productive worksite while following all safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks to support construction, lawn care or maintenance projects.
Use hand tools and measuring instruments accurately to assist with assembly, installation, or repair work.
Operate power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
Follow safety standards and protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Assist team members with various duties as needed to meet project deadlines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite, including proper storage of tools and materials.
Comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout daily activities.
Skills
Proficiency in using hand tools, measuring instruments, and power tools.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
