Job Description:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate process / mechanical engineering and multi-disciplined team / design projects while engaged in the planning, design and construction phases of engineering projects through project startup
- Prepare and review calculations and specifications relating to Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) development
- Demonstrate design experience in areas such as, but not limited to mechanical systems, water and waste systems, and equipment design
- Generate and review the accuracy of design / evaluation calculations, and specifications
- Familiarity with computer aided drafting applications is required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of five (5) or more years of experience (nuclear preferred) in design, estimating, specification preparation, construction document preparation, and related phases of engineering
- Must have a working knowledge of federal (including Department of Energy Orders), state, and local codes and standards applicable to mechanical engineering design
- This position is on location only in Greenville, SC or
