Job Summary:
Lebanon Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for a short-term contract assignment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supervising nursing staff within the assigned unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Coordinate and manage daily unit operations and patient care activities
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and healthcare standards
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement care plan adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families
- Conduct staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and training
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania RN License (Required)
- Minimum 1–2 years of RN Unit Manager or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
