Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services and improve patient outcomes across the organization.
- Manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high standards of care.
- Oversee staffing, staff supervision, and personnel management to ensure adequate coverage and professional growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with state-specific education laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Provide instructional leadership in education initiatives for nursing staff, supporting ongoing training and professional development.
- Lead organizational efforts in quality assurance, risk management, and safety protocols to uphold organizational excellence.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align nursing goals with organizational objectives and community needs.

Experience
- Extensive management experience within healthcare settings, including leadership roles in nursing or clinical administration.
- Proven success in strategic planning, organizational budget management, and operational oversight.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing staff supervision, personnel management in education, and team leadership within a healthcare context.
- Knowledge of state-specific education laws affecting nursing licensure and continuing education requirements.
- Experience in education administration or academic leadership related to nursing or healthcare training programs is highly desirable.
- Background working within hospital or clinical environments with a focus on quality improvement initiatives.
- University experience or involvement in academic settings related to health sciences or nursing education is an advantage.
