Full Job Description
M. R. Tanner Construction is seeking a motivated Finish Dirt Crew Laborer to join our construction team. This position plays a critical role in preparing, grading, and finishing dirt surfaces for commercial and infrastructure projects. You’ll work closely with equipment operators and site supervisors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Job Duties-
– Site preparation: Assist in grading, leveling, and compacting soil for construction projects.
– Equipment support: Work alongside operators of bulldozers, graders, and skid steers.
– Manual labor: Shovel, rake, and move dirt and materials as needed.
– Safety compliance: Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines.
– Team collaboration: Support crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Pre employment drug screen required for illegal substances
Full-Time Position, Monday-Friday, possibly overtime/weekend work
