Inventory Specialist – Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical (M&R Service)

We are growing rapidly and looking for a high-level Inventory Specialist to take ownership of our inventory systems and processes.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist who can take full control of inventory operations across our warehouses and service fleet. The right candidate will have strong experience with purchasing, inventory tracking, and systems like ServiceTitan, along with a solid understanding of materials used in the trades.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage inventory across multiple warehouses and service trucks
- Create, track, and manage Purchase Orders (P.O.s)
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular audits
- Ensure all service vehicles are properly stocked and organized
- Receive, label, and organize incoming materials and equipment
- Track usage trends and proactively manage stock levels
- Utilize ServiceTitan for inventory, purchasing, and reporting
- Identify inefficiencies and improve inventory systems and processes
- Coordinate with field teams and management to ensure job readiness
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in inventory management and purchasing (P.O.s required)
- Experience with ServiceTitan strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical materials
- High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership and operate independently
- Strong communication and leadership mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
