Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painters and Laborers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet project specifications. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality
- Use hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless), and conventional spray equipment for surface coating applications (helpful but not required)
- Perform surface preparation tasks such as plastering\skimming defects (helpful but not required)
- Apply paint using brush painting, roller painting, construction spray painting techniques
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing tools and disposing of waste materials in accordance with safety standards
Skills
- Experience in residential painting with knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless), brushes, rollers, and scaffolding or ladders safely
- Knowledge of safety regulations specific to construction painting environments including respiratory protection and hazard awareness
- Experience with surface preparation tasks such as plastering
- Construction site experience with adherence to safety protocols and working efficiently within team environments

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
