In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency on every site. Duties

• Lead and assist in metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to blueprints and schematics
• Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to create solid foundations and structures
• Manage and coordinate various aspects of construction management on-site, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide framing carpentry, metal stud framing, roofing, and trim carpentry activities
• Use hand tools and power tools proficiently for carpentry, drywall installation, plastering, and woodworking tasks
• Conduct heavy lifting safely with proper techniques and equipment to move materials around the job site
• Install siding, roofing materials, and perform remodeling or renovation work as needed
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project specifications while maintaining a clean work environment

Skills

• Extensive experience in metal building erection and concrete forming techniques
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety protocols
• Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry, roofing, siding, and stucco applications
• Proficient in welding and working with schematics for precise project execution
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites
• Excellent blueprint reading skills coupled with knowledge of carpentry disciplines such as framing carpentry, trim carpentry, woodworkings, and drywall installation
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools for diverse construction tasks
• Experience in restoration projects involving siding or structural repairs
• Capable of heavy lifting with proper safety measures in place during demanding physical tasks
• Strong understanding of construction site experience including layout, schematics interpretation, and project coordination
