Shopify Marketing Systems/Campaign Specialist

About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a fast-growing DTC fitness brand looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist who doesn't just run campaigns, but builds the systems that keep them running.

This is an Austin, TX-based, full-time, on-site role.

What You'll Do

You'll be a key part of the marketing team — keeping campaigns on schedule, product pages optimized, and marketing tools running the way they should.

Marketing Execution

• Maintain the marketing calendar and help drive campaigns from planning to launch across email, paid media, creator programs, and product drops
• Make sure details don't fall through the cracks during execution

Shopify & Website

• Manage and optimize product detail pages (PDPs)
• Align product launches with campaign timing and site merchandising
• Look for opportunities to improve conversion and product storytelling

Systems & Integrations

• Monitor and troubleshoot Shopify, analytics, SEO tools, and marketing integrations
• Ensure tracking is accurate and reflects actual campaign performance

AI & Efficiency

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT and others) to speed up execution
• Build repeatable workflows that reduce manual work

Process & Documentation

• Document workflows, SOPs, and processes
• Flag bottlenecks and suggest improvements

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• Hands-on Shopify or ecommerce platform experience
• Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns or product launches
• Familiarity with marketing analytics, tracking tools, and martech integrations
• A habit of using AI tools to work faster and smarter
• Background with DTC brands doing $20M in annual revenue

Compensation 

● $50K – $70K base salary 

● Up to $10K quarterly performance bonus 

● Compensation can flex upward for exceptional candidates
