Fabricator/Welder

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fabricator/Welder to join our fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. This position offers an opportunity to work in a company that works in various different fabrication fields from structural to ornamental and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand blueprints and technical drawings as needed to accurately fabricate all necessary parts of each job. Must be open minded to custom fabrication following directions from Lead Fabricator
• Must have at least 3 years experience in SMAW, MIG , TIG , FCAW welding techniques to join metals according to safety and quality standards.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines and all other necessary tools needed for the job.
• Measure materials precisely using calipers, micrometers, tape measures and other measuring devices to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols related to construction site environments, crane operation, forklift handling, and mechanical procedures.
