Marketing Assistant
Location: Southfield, MI

M&O Marketing is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support internal operations, coordinate advisor marketing projects, and help ensure day-to-day workflows run efficiently.
This role is responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating communication between departments, organizing deliverables, and supporting seminar and marketing initiatives from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in keeping projects organized, teams aligned, and operations moving smoothly.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
Project Coordination
- Manage project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
- Coordinate tasks between marketing, operations, and advisor support teams
- Maintain project trackers, status updates, and workflow organization
- Follow up with departments to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Assist with prioritizing and managing multiple active projects simultaneously
- Help identify workflow inefficiencies and improve operational organization
Seminar & Event Coordination
- Assist with seminar preparation and event logistics
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and event-related deliverables
- Ensure seminar projects and requests are completed accurately and on time
- Help organize communication related to advisor events and marketing initiatives
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate marketing requests and internal project communication
- Assist with organizing branded materials and campaign deliverables
- Support internal marketing workflows and operational execution
- Track pending requests, approvals, and outstanding deliverables
Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist with scheduling, calendars, and coordination tasks
- Organize documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and project materials
- Maintain operational documentation and internal records
- Support leadership and departments with ongoing coordination needs
- Help ensure projects, communication, and workflows remain organized and documented
Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation
- Competitive salary based on experience
