In this general labor role, you will be a part of every aspect of production from material prep through painting. You will mix time between working both inside and outside and the duties for the day will vary depending on where support is needed. Your willingness to jump into new challenges, work hard either individually or as a part of a team, and be eager to learn new skills will make you successful in this position.

Responsibilities
- Surface preparation on raw materials using various hand tools, both pre- and post-production
- Painting of fabricated steel assemblies
- Pulling and organizing parts, tools, and equipment to support other fabricators on the team
- Assist in stacking and bundling of finished material for shipping
- Material handling, moving both raw materials and finished product, and assisting with loading and unloading trucks using forklifts.
- Other duties as directed by shop management
- Must be able to work in a respectful and professional manner
- Ability to think creatively, and apply that thinking to solving problems and completing tasks
- Commitment to serve our customers, clients, vendors, team, and industry partners
- Be able to communicate clearly and to handle communication in an open and honest fashion
- Must have an enthusiasm for learning and growing as a part of our team
- Comfortable with using forklifts for material handling
- Must have the ability to handle multiple and changing priorities
- Must be able to either work independently, or as a part of a team
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Vocational or Technical degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years experience in a related field is preferred but not required
