Administrative Assistant – M&N Pressure Washing

M&N Pressure Washing is a fast-growing exterior cleaning company specializing in house washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, and pressure washing. We also offer seasonal services like Christmas light installation and permanent lighting solutions.
We pride ourselves on professionalism, customer service, and delivering high-quality results. We’re looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly and support our continued growth.
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business. This person will handle customer communication, scheduling, estimates, and follow-ups while helping drive sales and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
- Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business
Scheduling & CRM Management
- Schedule jobs using Jobber (CRM)
- Optimize daily routes for crews
- Maintain accurate customer records and job details
Estimating & Sales Support
- Send quotes and estimates to customers
- Follow up on pending estimates to close jobs
- Assist with upselling additional services when appropriate
Marketing Support
- Assist with weekly marketing efforts (especially Fridays)
- Help coordinate yard sign tracking and placement
- Support social media posting and promotions
Office & Operations Support
- Manage invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Track expenses, deposits, and job performance
- Assist with reviews and reputation management (Google, Facebook)
- Keep systems organized (Google Sheets, Slack communication, etc.)
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using technology (CRM systems, Google Sheets, Slack)
- Sales-minded with confidence in talking to customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and dependable
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in customer service, admin work, or sales
- Experience with Jobber or similar CRM
- Basic understanding of home services (pressure washing, etc.)

Schedule
