M&N Plumbing Supply is looking for a motivated Counter Sales / Receiving Associate to join our team.

This is a hybrid position for someone who enjoys the warehouse side of the wholesale business but is also ready to develop their customer service and sales skills. You'll work the sales counter in the morning and transition to receiving and warehouse responsibilities in the afternoon.

If you're currently working in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling for a plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, industrial, or construction supply company and are looking for an opportunity to grow, we'd like to talk to you.

Morning – Counter Sales

· Help contractors get the right products for the job

· Enter and process customer orders

· Answer product and availability questions

· Help customers locate material

· Learn additional plumbing products and applications

· Build relationships with our contractor customers

· Work with inside sales, purchasing, and warehouse personnel

Afternoon – Receiving & Warehouse

· Receive incoming vendor shipments

· Verify material against purchase orders and packing slips

· Identify shortages, damages, and discrepancies

· Accurately receive material into our computer system

· Label and put away inventory

· Maintain an organized receiving and warehouse area

· Assist with order pulling and other warehouse responsibilities as needed

Who We're Looking For

· Plumbing or HVAC wholesale distribution experience

· Shipping and receiving experience

· Warehouse operations experience

· Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical products

· Inventory and order management experience

· Contractor service or counter sales experience

You don't need to already be an experienced salesperson. If you know the products, understand how a wholesale warehouse operates, and are ready to learn the customer side of the business, we can teach you the counter.

Pay & Benefits

· $22–$26/hour, depending on experience

· 95% of employee healthcare premium paid by M&N

· 401(k) available
