Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and willing to perform a variety of demanding manual labor tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform general labor duties, including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Assist with site setup, cleanup, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team.
Move equipment and materials throughout the worksite.
Perform other physical tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance. Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
Previous labor or construction experience is preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license is a plus.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday–Friday (with occasional overtime as needed)
