Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Makita, Dewalt, Milwaukee, power tools. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. We are looking for a person with experiance in auto or tool repair that can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues with equipment and determine appropriate repair methods
- Perform repairs on various tools and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with our internal team and willing to reach out to the customer to provide updates on tool repair.
- Stay updated on the latest repair techniques and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Repair Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
