Role Description The Business Development Associate will work on-site in Dayton, OH in a full-time capacity, helping expand M&M Title Co.’s relationships and market presence within the real estate community. This role includes identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, conducting outreach to real estate agents, lenders, and other referral partners, and presenting the company’s services in meetings, events, and one-on-one conversations. The associate will perform market research to understand local trends, competitor activity, and client needs, and will use this information to support targeted lead generation efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting real estate closing transactions, maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients, tracking follow-ups, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through closing. The role also involves representing the company at industry events and collaborating with leadership to refine business development strategies.
