• $19–$21/hour, depending on experience
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and customer accounts? Do you enjoy being part of a team where accuracy and good communication matter?

We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join a busy, established organization in Miami. This is a great opportunity for someone with billing, accounts receivable, customer service, or administrative experience who is looking to grow their skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule
• Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper billing
• Process credits, debits, refunds, rate corrections, and billing adjustments
• Research and help resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate customer billing records and account information
• Set up new customer accounts
• Modify customer services and process service cancellations
• Assist with billing-related month-end activities
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Collections to resolve account issues and ensure billing accuracy

• Comfortable working with numbers and customer accounts
• A positive, motivated team player
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel

Experience That Would Be a Plus

Experience with any of the following is helpful, but not required:

• Billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or customer account maintenance
• Processing credits, rate changes, refunds, or account adjustments
• Waste management, utilities, telecommunications, or another service-based industry
• Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar billing/account management systems
