$65,000 – $70,000 Full Benefits
We are a well-established international law firm seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role focuses on bookkeeping, accounts payable, and reconciliations in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
- Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations
- Process domestic and international wire transfers
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Maintain vendor relationships and payment accuracy
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Qualifications
- 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong QuickBooks and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with AP/AR and reconciliations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Experience in law firm, banking, or finance preferred
