At M&M Roll Off, we keep our community clean and moving forward. We take pride in maintaining top-tier equipment and are currently looking for a skilled, dependable Dumpster Welder/Fabricator to join our shop crew and keep our fleet of containers, roll-offs, and trash trucks in peak condition.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Fabricate & Repair: Inspect, repair, and modify commercial dumpsters, roll-off containers, and trash trucks.
- Weld Steel: Perform high-quality MIG (GMAW) welds on heavy-gauge and light-gauge steel.
- Cut & Shape: Utilize shears, torch cutting (oxy-fuel), and plasma cutters to replace damaged floors, rust spots, hinges, and walls.
- Preventative Maintenance: Straighten bent doors, fix locking mechanisms, replace caster wheels, and ensure containers are structurally sound and leak-proof.
- Shop Support: Maintain a clean and organized workspace and operate shop machinery (grinders, metal benders, air tools) efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Welding Experience: 1 years of MIG welding experience.
- Tool Savvy: Proficient in using shears, hydraulic brakes, grinders, cutting torches, plasma cutters, and hand/power tools.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50–75 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in shop environments (hot/cold conditions).
- Work Ethic: Ability to keep a steady pace to get dumpsters out, maintain a solid attendance record, and bring a strong work ethic every day.
- Flexibility: Willingness to assist on a trash route when needed is a major plus!
