Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency water damage calls promptly
- Perform water extraction and content manipulation
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers)
- Conduct moisture readings and document drying progress
- Perform mold prevention treatments as needed
- Maintain detailed job documentation and photos
- Communicate with property owners and insurance adjusters
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Willingness to be on-call and work flexible hours
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification
- Prior experience in water damage restoration
- Familiarity with Xactimate or restoration project software
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
