Front Desk Clerk / Administrative Assistant
Location: Downtown Parker, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
About the Role
We are looking for a bright star to join our team! This position is ideal for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of the HOA property management industry. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and a motivated self-starter. You should be organized, enjoy learning new tasks, possess excellent phone etiquette, and be a true team player.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service to homeowners and vendors
- Distribution and processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Filing, copying, and general document organization
- Creating and maintaining homeowner files
- Processing architectural requests
- Updating homeowner account and contact information
- Assisting with compliance and covenant violation processing
- Preparing and processing status letters and related documentation
- Performing light accounting tasks (posting payments, basic reconciliations, data entry, etc.)
- Uploading documents to various websites and portals
- Assisting Community Association Managers with work overflow
- Assisting the Property Manager with administrative needs
- Assisting with preparation of Board meeting packets and materials
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Performing other administrative tasks as directed
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong computer skills; ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service mindset
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts is helpful (but not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Desire for long-term growth and advancement within the HOA property management industry
