Duties
- Assemble, install, and repair HVAC systems according to specifications and HVAC codes.
- Perform routine maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot HVAC issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
- Experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools commonly used in HVAC work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required.
