We're a small, family-run crew that takes pride in careful prep, clean lines, and a finished job that looks as good five years later as it did the day we left. Our clients expect a high standard, and our team delivers it — quietly, professionally, and without cutting corners.
We're looking for an experienced painter to join our crew.
What you'll do
- Perform interior and exterior residential painting, including prep work (sanding, patching, caulking, masking) to a high standard
- Work efficiently and cleanly inside occupied homes, respecting the client's property and daily life
- Collaborate closely with a small team to stay on schedule across multiple jobs
- Maintain consistent quality control on finish work — cut lines, trim, and coverage
What we're looking for
- Solid experience with both interior and exterior painting (commercial-only background is not a fit)
- A steady, detail-oriented approach — you notice drips, missed spots, and uneven lines before anyone points them out
- Comfortable working as part of a team, not just solo
- Punctual, reliable, and professional in a client's home
- Valid driver's license; own basic tools a plus
